Refund policy

We want you to love every Pure Roots product you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, you can return any new, unopened item within 30 days of your ship date. Once we receive it back, we’ll issue store credit for the full product amount. Please note that shipping costs aren’t refundable.

Because our tallow products are handcrafted skincare items, we’re unable to accept returns once opened or used. Feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
